Carboxymethyl cellulose its chemical name is Sodium Carboxymethyl cellulose.CMC is an anionic polyelectrolyte and its forms of Sodium chloroacetate and alkali cellulose reaction.Its D.S is 0.4-1.2.Its appearance is white or grey-white according to its different purity.It’s non-toxic,dissoluble in water but insoluble in alcohol and acetone organic solvent.Its solution is apparent viscous gel and has better salt endurance.
Applications:
CMC used as thickener, filtrate reducer and emulsifier in oil drilling.And it has higher anti-salt ability and suit to all kinds of water based oil drilling system.And its dosage is about 1%-2%.
Packaging:
20kg or 25kg net weight in fiber drum, paper-plastic compound bag lined with 2 inner PE bags.
25kg in multiply paper bags with polyethylene inner and supplied on pallets with film shrink
Storage:
Exposing to the sun and rain is forbidden to avoid fire and absorption of moisture,seal tightly, and keep at ventilated place.
